Ramped Studio

Terms of Service

The rules of the Ramped Studio media kit and creator portal. Free for creators; you own your content; platform metrics are read-only, obtained with your explicit permission, and revocable at any time.

Effective July 29, 2026.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Ramped Studio (the "Service") is operated by Ramped LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered office in Wilmington, Delaware ("Ramped", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Ramped and govern your access to and use of the Service, including the website at studio.getramped.com, the public media kit pages at studio.getramped.com/kit/@handle, the creator portal, and any connection you authorize between the Service and a third-party platform such as TikTok, YouTube or Instagram.

By connecting an account, creating a media kit, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. The Service

Ramped Studio gives content creators a public media kit: a single web page that presents the creator's public identity (name, handle, profile picture, country, content verticals) together with audience metrics read directly from the platforms the creator chooses to connect. It also gives each creator a private portal where they can review their profile, manage their platform connections, and see brand campaigns Ramped is running.

The Service exists so that a creator can prove their audience to a brand without sending screenshots. Metrics displayed with a "verified" mark were obtained through the platform's own authorized API using the creator's explicit consent, not scraped or self-reported.

2.1 The Service is free for creators

Ramped does not charge creators any fee to create, host, refresh, or publish a media kit, and creators are never required to pay to be included in a campaign. If a creator and a brand agree on a paid collaboration through Ramped, that collaboration is governed by a separate written agreement between the parties involved; these Terms do not create any obligation for Ramped or any brand to offer, award, or pay for any campaign.

2.2 No employment or agency relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or exclusive representation relationship between you and Ramped. You remain free to work with any brand or agency, directly or through any other intermediary.

3. Eligibility and your account

4. Connected platform accounts: what we obtain and why

You may connect one or more third-party platform accounts to the Service. Every connection uses the platform's official OAuth authorization flow, so you authorize the access on the platform's own consent screen and you can see exactly which permissions you are granting before you approve them. All permissions we request are read-only. We never post content, never send messages, never follow or unfollow accounts, and never modify anything on your behalf on any connected platform.

4.1 TikTok

If you connect a TikTok account, we use TikTok Login Kit and request only these permission scopes, all of which are read-only:

We do not request permission to read, list, download, publish, or analyze your individual TikTok videos, and we do not do so. The "videos" figure on your media kit is the aggregate public video count returned by TikTok, not a list of your videos.

TikTok data obtained through this connection is used for one purpose only: presenting your audience metrics on your own media kit and matching you to brand campaigns inside Ramped. We do not sell TikTok data, do not use it for advertising targeting, and do not use it to train machine-learning models. Metrics are refreshed periodically (typically once a day) for as long as your connection remains active. The access credential we retain for that refresh is stored encrypted and is never displayed, logged, or shared.

4.2 YouTube and Instagram

If you connect a YouTube channel, we read channel and analytics data through the Google API Services using read-only scopes. Ramped Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If you connect an Instagram professional account, we read your username, name, follower count and aggregate insights through Instagram's official API. Details for every platform are in the Privacy Policy.

4.3 What is published

Your media kit is a public web page designed to be shared with brands: anyone with the link can view it, and it may be indexed by search engines. It shows your public identity and the aggregate metrics described above. It never shows your email address, phone number, rates, private analytics breakdowns you have not chosen to publish, the names of brands you have worked with, or any fee. You can ask us to unpublish your media kit at any time (see Section 8).

5. Your content and the license you grant us

You keep all rights in your content, your accounts, your name and your likeness. Ramped claims no ownership over any of it.

To operate the Service you grant Ramped a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to host, reproduce, format and publicly display your public name, @handles, profile picture, profile links and the metrics obtained from your connected accounts, for the sole purposes of (a) generating, hosting and updating your media kit, and (b) presenting you to brands within Ramped's campaign workflow. This license exists only to run the Service, is limited to those purposes, and ends when you disconnect your accounts or ask us to unpublish your media kit, except for copies that remain in routine backups until they expire.

The Service itself — the Ramped and Ramped Studio names and logos, the media kit design, the underlying software, and everything else we provide — is owned by Ramped or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may unpublish a media kit, suspend a connection, or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches this section.

7. Third-party services and platform terms

The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers. Those platforms are independent of Ramped, and your relationship with each of them is governed by their own agreements, not by these Terms.

Ramped is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or acts of any third-party platform. If a platform changes or withdraws its API, restricts a permission, or suspends your account, the corresponding features of the Service may change, degrade, or stop working, and we may have to remove the affected metrics from your media kit.

8. Disconnecting, unpublishing, and deleting your data

Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them by law or to resolve a dispute; backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and requesting deletion as described above. We may suspend or terminate your access, unpublish your media kit, or delete your profile if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or by a connected platform, or if we discontinue the Service. Where circumstances reasonably allow, we will give you notice first. Sections 5 (final paragraph), 6, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any metric shown is complete, current or accurate.

Metrics originate from third-party platforms and are reproduced as those platforms report them. They may be delayed, cached, rounded, restated, or temporarily unavailable due to API limits or platform changes. Ramped does not independently audit them and does not guarantee any level of audience, engagement, campaign result, brand interest, income, or opportunity.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramped and its members, managers, employees, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramped's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Ramped for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim — which, because the Service is free to creators, will ordinarily be zero — or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ramped and its members, managers, employees and contractors from and against any claim, demand, action, damage, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) any content or data you submit or authorize us to display, (c) your breach of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms, or (d) your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You and Ramped agree that the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as law or platform requirements change. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where we hold a way to reach you, notify you at least a reasonable time before the change takes effect. Changes are not retroactive. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, disconnect your accounts and stop using the Service.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ramped regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding on the subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
